If you are unhappy with your purchase, pursue these steps to return or replace your order:

For newly purchased goods:

  1. E-mail us at kriegerbrands.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. 
  2. In the E-mail, outline the reason for the return and include your order ID.
  3. We will get back to you to let you know if your circumstance qualifies for a refund and send you further instructions outlining  how to return the product.
  4. For a refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

For damaged goods:

If our goods are already damaged by the time they reach you,

  1.  Send us an E-mail at kriegerbrands.shop@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery claiming the damages.
  2. In your E-mail include pictures of the damaged product, your order ID, and outline whether you would like a replacement or a refund so that we can rectify the situation in a prompt manner.
  3. We will get back to you to let you know if the damages qualify for a replacement (at our own discretion) and send you further instructions outlining how to return the product.
  4. Please ensure you keep the product's original packaging in order to return it to us.

For defective goods

If you find out that the product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Send us an E-mail at kriegerbrands.shop@gmail.com and claim you have a defective product.
  2. In your E-mail include evidence of the product defect with a description, your order ID, and outline whether you would like a replacement or a refund, so that we can rectify the situation in a prompt manner.
  3. We will get back to you to let you know if the defect qualifies for a replacement (at our own discretion) and send you further instructions outlining how to return the product.
